Liverpool were the only team this season that completely destroyed us really. I think an inform Liverpool is up there with the very best European teams. And definitely better than Man Utd.

Especially a Utd that isn't playing for anything really. It is what it is.

5/6th would be very fair for us this season really given the amount of money we've spent on players compared to the clubs above us.

Lets face it, we are shopping in Lidl or the local food bank compared to other clubs in the top 8 or so...

What the fuck is that supposed to mean? Care to try typing that again in coherent English, curtain twitcher?

Sorry Lee where have I ever spoken of a conspiracy?
The biggest most expensive teams look like rising to the top by the end. Thats how the Premier league works but for once the race for those spots has been interesting.
Every team looks after their own interest and despite our best efforts it looks like we will fall short.

Surely Sven isn't being serious about there being a conspiracy?

R-OZ-DER is an arch curtain twitcher, so I have no doubt he is being serious. The woe is us, plastic Aussie, tennis loving CUNT.

This is the step up....having the sorts of players that can get you the results under pressure and with injuries occurring....not having to entirely rely on these clubs to do us a favour......they’ve all had bad runs except for Man City.......we haven’t enough of our opportunities to be in control and have left the door open, we haven’t even got the best results against these clubs....that is all part of the step up....

Man Utd picked a very good team last night and tried to win.,No-one is giving credit ti the fact that with something like 10 players out Liverpool played very well.we will get Europa and will be helped by playing 3 teams that have nothing to play for.-Just like Man U had nothing to play for last night.-No different.

Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
For the whole thing to be rigged, every ref,lino,4th official and VAR judge at every game would have to be compliant, i just dont buy it.

I will say that the standard of officiating at games can be fucking laughable at times and VAR needs scrapping til they stop re-inventing the rules to suit the system.

Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
It's not a conspiracy theory.

Man Utd would not lose to Liverpool to maintain the status quo.

Man Utd have just switched off because their Champions League spot is secure and they have a European Final to play in.

What is laughable is that OGS was moaning about the fixture pile-up as if they are being punished for their "success". What exactly did he expect the Premier League to do? Were they supposed to extend the whole season for another few days just to fit their fixture in that got postponed because they couldn't keep the fans out of the stadium?

liverpool victim mob? no, I watch how games are refereed and how bad the officials have been so fuck off with that crap. faux bare, you can fuck off too you clueless cunt. as far as you're concerned, the only reason we haven't done better is because of one player/signing, you're a fucking imbecile

Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
The 'big' six have lost a total of 52 league games collectively this season.

Those 'fixing' the results really need to try harder.

Some of you sound like the Liverpool victim mob, we ran out of steam, and its been the strangest of seasons for many reasons.

Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
After last night its a fair chance the top 4 will be :
Man City Man U Liverpool & Chelsea

Which is what many would have predicted pre season
The main scramble now is for 5th & 6th and trying to keep Spurs out of any European football.
In that case Kane is looking at escaping and Son still hasnt signed the contract he has had on the table for months.
Imagine he is, quite rightly, waiting to see what Kane does. Would be just the sort of player the likes of Real or Barca could use to help rebuild.

I see the hard of thinking, conspiracy theory nutjobs have their cocks out after last night's result.

If it is so corrupt, why are Leicester and us in the the top six at the moment?

So many curtain twitching, woe is us cunts on here.

Great post, Sven. Throw in our injury record at a crucial time in the season, too.

Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
Maybe Harry Maguire is better than some give him credit for.
And OGS maybe needs to show a bit more respect to David DeGea.

Man U are far too up and down (even within games) to be a serious challenger for anything.
Definitely need to buy Harry Kane

Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
I never got sucked into the Champs League stuff, there were far too many games to be played when it was first raised.

A drop dodging team transforming themselves into a top side without a lot of transfer activity, down to one striker and then none for parts of the season, this has been a sensational performance already.

Takashi Miike 9:27 Fri May 14
Re: Man Utd vs Liverpool (and villa v Everton I suppose)
the fact that the vermin six have yet to be punished by the premier league shows how corrupt things are. I have no doubt everything is being done to get them all a european space
